1. Frequency conversion power supply reliable and durable, leading technology. Our independent research and development of independent production of inverter control power technology leading in China, and obtained a number of national patents. Dual CPU architecture system is adopted to achieve rapid measurement and control, and the system voltage stability accuracy reaches 1%. The module integrates drive and protection in IGBT, which greatly improves the reliability of power circuit and whole machine. Soft switching technology can effectively reduce interference and meet the requirements of office discharge test.
2. Intelligent software menu, humanized design. Large screen intelligent display software menu built-in test parameters menu, customers can according to the test procedures and actual needs, input the required test voltage and test time; Built-in automatic, semi-automatic, manual three test modes, friendly interface, easy and convenient test operation. Test data can be stored on screen, and can be read, built-in micro printer, reserved interface for external computer.
3. Automatic tuning mode. Using the newer fast tracking method, finding the resonant frequency point only takes about 30 ~ 40S, and locking the resonant frequency after tuning is completed. If no resonance point is found, Tuning Failed is displayed in the prompt area. If there is no resonance point between 30Hz and 300Hz during manual tuning, the prompt area displays "No resonance point". In this case, the booster circuit is automatically cut off. Do not continue to increase the pressure, to ensure the safety of the test products, equipment, personal safety.
