KDXZ-990 series frequency conversion series resonance test device is composed of frequency regulating voltage power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitance divider. The special SPWM digital waveform generator chip is adopted, the frequency resolution is 16 bits, and the frequency fineness can reach 0.1Hz when it is 20~300Hz. Orthogonal non-synchronous fixed carrier modulation is adopted to ensure good output waveform in the whole frequency range. The power section uses a new IPM module to ensure instrument stability and safety at minimum weight.
