Technical Scheme for High Voltage Cable Oil Water Terminal
31 Jul-2025

purpose
The test device is mainly used for conducting 4U0 power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse voltage tests on cross-linked cables of 35kV and below. Simple experimental terminal.

Standards
GB/T 12706.3-2020 GB/T 31489.4-2020 "Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories with Rated Voltage from 1kV (Um=1.2 kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV) - Part 3: Cables with Rated Voltage of 35kV (Um=40.5kV)".

Main technical parameters
Partial discharge level: less than 2pC at 0-100kV
Power frequency withstand voltage: 0-120kV
Impact withstand voltage: 0-250kV
Accuracy ± (0.5% u Ω+2 u Ω). indeterminacy
Accuracy level: 0.05-0.01 level

supporting facilities
Provide water pipes and interfaces for connecting external water faucets.
The lower section of the oil-water terminal is equipped with a faucet valve.
1 square meter foam plastic cushion for supporting sealing.
Two sets of organic glass cylinders, two sets of upper and lower flanges, and two sets of mobile brackets are provided.

This device is mainly used to perform 4U0 power frequency withstand voltage test (0-120kV) and lightning impulse voltage test (0-250kV) on cables, strictly complying with the national standards of GB/T 12706.3-2020 and GB/T 31489.4-2020. It is suitable for quality verification of extruded insulated power cables with rated voltage from 1kV to 35kV, ensuring the safety and stability of cables in high voltage environments.

Using sensors with precision levels of 0.05-0.01, the sensitivity of partial discharge detection reaches 2pC (within the range of 0-100kV), ensuring data reliability.
It is equipped with organic glass cylinder, sealing foam cushion and flange plate structure to ensure the safety and sealing during the test.
Integrated water cooling system interface (supporting external tap water) and mobile bracket, simplifying the testing process and improving work efficiency.
