In July 2025, our customer successfully completed a Partial Discharge-Free (PD-Free) withstand voltage test at a newly constructed 110kV substation near Dhaka, Bangladesh. The test was conducted using our advanced KDJF-2002 Intelligent PD-Free Withstand Voltage Test System, developed by Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Electric Co., Ltd.
The testing environment was well-prepared, with an ambient temperature of around 31°C and humidity of approximately 65%. The substation area was clean and dry with proper grounding, ensuring ideal test conditions. With minimal setup time, the test team configured the system efficiently, and the equipment performed precise auto-tuning, stable voltage output, and real-time PD monitoring throughout the process.
The entire test lasted about 40 minutes, with smooth operation and no discharge events recorded. Our client praised the system’s intelligent interface, accurate measurement capabilities, and seamless data logging functions, which significantly enhanced the test efficiency and reliability.
This successful application not only validated the performance of the KDJF-2002 system but also laid a strong technical foundation for the substation’s energization phase.
