The KDYD-2845kV intelligent turn to turn withstand voltage tester is a high-performance testing equipment designed specifically for large and medium-sized motors, transformers, and electrical coils. It is suitable for evaluating the turn to turn insulation quality of products with a rated voltage of 15kV and below.
This instrument uses the high-frequency and high-voltage shock wave comparison method to quickly and non destructively detect typical faults such as inter turn short circuits, corona discharges, and impedance imbalances in windings by simulating an equivalent overvoltage environment.
Equipped with an intelligent industrial control system that supports automatic waveform acquisition, analysis, storage, and report generation, achieving fully digital management of the testing process. The dual safety protection mechanism (start button+foot switch, safety barrier interlock, grounding protection) ensures safe and reliable operation.
