Profile:

Transformer winding deformation tester is to quantify the response change of the internal winding parameters of the transformer in different frequency domains, and determine the degree of change of the internal winding of the transformer according to the size of the change value, the amplitude of the frequency response change, the region and the trend of the frequency response change, and then determine whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and whether it needs to be overrepaired according to the measurement results.

For the transformer in operation, the fault degree can also be judged by comparing the difference of the characteristic maps between the coils of the faulty transformer, regardless of whether the characteristic maps in the frequency domain have been saved in the past. Of course, if you save a set of the original winding characteristics of the transformer, it is easier to provide a strong basis for the operation of the transformer, post-accident analysis and maintenance.

The single-machine transformer winding deformation tester designed and produced by our company is based on the "DLT911-2016 power transformer winding deformation frequency response analysis method", using frequency response method to measure and analyze transformer internal faults. Suitable for 66KV and above voltage grade power transformers, and other special purpose transformers.

The instrument adopts 32-bit ARM chip + DDS frequency synthesis chip, with 16-bit high-precision A/D chip and large-size touch screen LCD, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, fast speed and easy operation.

The device can run on a single machine or online with a PC.
