The device is composed of SF6 gas recovery and purification device. The main advantages of the product are that it can directly store the recovered SF6 gas in liquid form into the container, recover the residual pressure in the GIS to 53Kpa, have a small volume, easy to move and place, have a fast vacuum speed, can dry and filter the recovered SF6 gas, and can recharge SF6 gas to SF6 electrical equipment.
