Profile:

The KD600B dielectric loss tester is a high-precision instrument used to automatically measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants, substations, and other locations. Due to the use of frequency conversion technology, accurate measurement can be ensured under strong electric field interference.

KD600B dielectric loss tester is used for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurement or laboratory precision dielectric loss measurement. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric bridge, variable frequency power supply, test transformer, and standard capacitor. By using frequency conversion anti-interference and Fourier transform digital filtering technology, automatic and intelligent measurement is achieved, and the measurement data is very stable under strong interference. The measurement results are displayed on a large LCD screen and come with a built-in micro printer for printing and output.
 

Features:

1. Equipped with CVT self-excited method test, connect once and measure the capacitance and tg δ of C1 and C2 simultaneously.

2. The maximum output voltage is 10kV, the maximum output current is 200mA, and the input current for high-voltage dielectric loss test is increased to 5A.

3. It has the function of reverse wiring low-voltage shielding, and can measure the dielectric loss of C11 without disconnecting the 10kV reverse wiring when the CVT bus is grounded.

4. It has positive/reverse wiring, internal/external standard capacitors, multiple working modes of internal/external high voltage, and can perform various conventional dielectric loss tests without the need for external auxiliary equipment.

5. It has the measurement function of applying external voltage and CN.

6. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, only a standard oil cup and a dedicated testing line are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.

7. Adopting frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, reliable data can be measured even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

8. Grounding protection function: When the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, it will not enter the normal program and will not output high voltage.

9. It has multi-level protection such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and grounding protection, ensuring safety and reliability. The instrument will not be damaged in case of short circuit or breakdown of the test sample.

10. It can automatically distinguish between capacitive, inductive, and resistive test samples.

11. Automatically identify the working power supply of 50Hz/60Hz system.

12. It can provide dual power inputs with automatic recognition of 110V/220V, making it convenient for use in foreign aid projects.

13. Automatically identify the frequency of external high-voltage power supply between 40Hz and 70Hz, and allow the use of power frequency power supply or series resonant power supply for high-capacity high-voltage dielectric loss testing.

14. Equipped with a variable frequency CVT self-excited measurement interface, it can set four protection limits for high voltage/current and low voltage/current to ensure personal and equipment safety.

During CVT self-excited magnetic measurement, C1/C2 can be measured simultaneously with one wiring, automatically compensating for the effects of bus grounding and standard capacitor voltage division, without the need for wire replacement or external accessories.

16. Equipped with CVT ratio measurement function. Measurable CVT ratio, polarity, and phase errors.
