Recently, Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. purchased the KDYD-1550AZ Intelligent High-Voltage Test Device manufactured by Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Electric Co., Ltd., which has successfully passed calibration by the Hubei Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology and received a calibration certificate (Certificate No.: 2025DW049100348). Designed and produced by Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Electric Co., Ltd., this device features high precision, intelligent control, and multi-functionality, and will be widely used in insulation strength tests for electrical equipment.

The KDYD-1550AZ Intelligent High-Voltage Test Device is designed and manufactured in accordance with industry standards such as DL/T 845.1-2004. It integrates microelectronic processing technology, a touch-screen control system, and wireless smartphone app operation, offering intelligent functions including automatic voltage ramping, timing, data recording, and result evaluation, significantly improving testing accuracy and efficiency.

With a rated capacity of 100 kVA and a maximum high voltage output of 30 kV, the device supports multiple test modes such as AC withstand voltage and DC leakage current tests. It achieves a measurement accuracy of up to 0.5% FS, and demonstrates excellent anti-interference capability and stability. Its 7-inch HD touch screen (with an optional 10-inch version) provides clear display and intuitive operation with a full Chinese interface, allowing easy operation even without referring to the manual.

The KDYD-1550AZ offers both automatic and manual operation modes, enhancing operational flexibility and safety. It is equipped with multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, flashover, and breakdown detection, which automatically trigger voltage reduction and record fault data upon detecting anomalies, effectively ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.

Additionally, the device can be optionally equipped with functions such as historical data query, report printing, and Bluetooth communication, making it suitable for power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions conducting insulation strength tests on high-voltage electrical equipment and insulating materials under power-frequency or DC high voltage conditions.

The calibration was conducted by the Hubei Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology in accordance with JJF(Zhe) 1144-2018 "Calibration Specification for AC High-Voltage Test Devices," using a high-voltage standard capacitor divider (Model YL200-100, Serial No. 539) for standard comparison. The calibration results showed excellent agreement between the measured values of the device and the reference standard across all voltage points, with measurement uncertainties better than 1% (k=2), meeting the stringent accuracy requirements for high-voltage testing.



The successful calibration confirms that the KDYD-1550AZ Intelligent High-Voltage Test Device meets national legal metrology requirements in terms of precision, functionality, and reliability, further demonstrating the technological capabilities and market competitiveness of China's advanced test equipment manufacturing industry.
