Our independently developed and produced equipment has been exported again, including the KDZG series DC high voltage generator, KD600A fully automatic transformer dielectric loss tester, and KDZR-10A DC resistance tester. All devices have completed testing and are packaged for shipment to the next station for the trip to Japan. This export once again proves the technical strength of Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda.

The KDZG series DC high voltage generator adopts an intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies PWM intermediate frequency pulse width modulation technology, and uses voltage feedback for closed-loop adjustment to improve voltage stability. Using high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology, and based on electromagnetic compatibility theory, adopting special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures. The DC high-voltage generator has high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

KD600A Fully Automatic Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester: This instrument is also suitable for measuring the TG δ and capacitance of high-voltage electrical equipment in workshops, laboratories, and research institutions; The loss testing of insulating oil has the advantages of convenience, simplicity, and accuracy. High voltage electrical equipment that is not grounded or directly grounded can be measured using forward and reverse wiring methods. At the same time, the capacitance of the capacitive voltage transformer can be measured, including the tg δ and the capacitance of the main capacitors C1 and C2. The instrument is equipped with a high-voltage boosting transformer and has taken safety protection measures such as zero crossing closing and lightning protection. During the experiment, different levels of high voltage ranging from 0.5KV to 10kV were output, with simple and safe operation.

The KDZR-10A DC resistance tester adopts programmable linear constant current source technology, which has the characteristics of large output current, multiple current levels, small size, and light weight. The whole machine is controlled by a microcontroller and automatically completes functions such as self checking, data processing, display, saving, printing, etc. It adopts precision electronic measurement technology, which makes the instrument measurement accurate, wide measurement range, easy to operate, and can quickly measure the inductive resistance of transformers and voltage transformers.
